A new message was added in the Classify GL section to notify users if there was a row in the uploaded GL file that has no data (i.e. a blank field).
In the event that all account fields contain this message, a review of the uploaded GL will need to be completed. We recommend the following steps to resolve this error:
- Flow to the last row in the data set of the uploaded GL.
- Delete all of the blank rows below the last row of data
- Save the file as a .csv file.
- Reupload the GL into Absolute.
This should resolve the error message seen in the Classify GL section. If the message persists, please reach out the Absolute Support for assistance.
