G Series

G-Series External Values

Select a tab to toggle between G-1 Columns 1-4 and 5-8, and G-2 Part II. Once external values are entered in the appropriate fields, external values must be saved by clicking Save External Values at the bottom of the interface. Then Mark External Values Complete can be selected to complete this stage.  

Pre-Populated Values

Absolute has been designed to pull and populate necessary data from other data sources uploaded into Absolute to ensure accuracy and achieve automation. Therefore, the following sections of the G-Series do not require user input.

• Worksheet G
  • Balance Sheet accounts are classified and mapped in the GL Mappings stage of Absolute, and will populate in the Results Viewer, as well as the Worksheet G Excel Export. 
• Worksheet G-1
  • Line 2 Net Income will be calculated by Absolute based on GL Classifications and can be seen in the G-1 Excel Export.

• Worksheet G-2 Part I
  • G-2 Part I Patient Revenues are mapped based on the Worksheet C Patient Revenue mappings and adjustments, and will automatically populate in the Worksheet G-2 Excel Export. 
• Worksheet G-3
  • Similar to Balance Sheet accounts, Other Operating and Non-Operating accounts will be mapped to the appropriate G-3 lines in the GL Mappings stage of Absolute, and will populate in the Worksheet G-3 Results Viewer, as well as the Worksheet G-3 Excel Export.
