Okta is an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign in to all Toyon applications your organization uses through a single login.
Once you sign in, your Okta home page displays all your Toyon applications in one location. Simply, click the application's corresponding icon and each application opens in a new browser window or tab and you are automatically logged-in.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link under the Sign In button on the Sign-In Page.
From here, you will be prompted to enter your username which you use to log in to Absolute. An email will be sent to your email with a link to reset your password.
Please note the Reset Password link will expire 1 hour from the time it is sent.
For security purposes, Absolute will lock your account after five failed attempts. Once this occurs, you will receive an email notifying you your email has been locked.
Once you click the Unlock Account link, you will be prompted to enter your username again, which will then send a link to unlock your account.
Once the Unlock Request has been initiated, you will receive the following email. In this email, click Unlock Account.
Please note the Unlock Account link will expire 1 hour from the time it is sent.
Once you click Unlock Account from the second email, you will then be prompted to answer your Security Question, which was chosen at the time of your account activation.
This completes your account unlock and you can now sign in with your correct password.
