G-2 Part I Excel Export
G-2 Part I Patient Revenues are mapped based on the Worksheet C Patient Revenue mappings and adjustments, and will automatically populate in the Worksheet G-2 Excel Export. The Worksheet G-2, Part I export will automatically exclude all external values adjustments on Worksheet C, Part I to ensure that the ending revenue amounts tie to the Financial Statements. This export can be found under the Exports tab of the Absolute dashboard. G-2 Part I Line mappings can be reviewed on the G-2_A-Detail tab of the excel export.
Note: If using external value operations on Worksheet C for a revenue adjustment or charge gross up, it is recommended that the operation is applied against the Worksheet C Column that the revenue is expected to reside on, post-Worksheet C revenue reclassifications/adjustments. For example: For Line 30, all revenue adjustments should be applied against Column 6 as the final revenues on Line 30 will be reflected in Column 6. It is also recommended for users to use reclassifications of revenue whenever possible. For example: If Professional Fees are removed from the cost report, these revenues can be reclassified to Line 194.99 for exclusion on Worksheet C.
