We released a software update on 6/30/2025 for the following reasons:
- To incorporate periodic Absolute Checklist updates, to encompass recent changes in cost report preparation instructions or regulations. The updated checklists will appear for all reports created after 6/30/2025.
- To correct an issue on S-3 Part I where the hours related to departments mapped to Worksheet A Line 77 were not flowing to the Wage Index Workpaper Export for reporting on S-3 Part I Line 14 Column 10.
- To update PS&R rules related to the Post Sequestration Demo Reduction field to properly post on settlement worksheets.
- To correct an issue that affected some Hospice O-Series Worksheet O Line Allocations. Some hospice accounts were being spread to incorrect lines on the O-Series, and Net Expense in the O-Series did not match Worksheet A Line 116 Net Expense. If this issue is present for your report, please reach out to Absolute Support. Absolute Support will need to update line assignments and allocations on our side to get everything to flow properly.
