Users have the option to update their security questions once logged into Absolute or Okta. There are two ways that users can update their security question, via Absolute and from Okta.
Note that users must be logged into Absolute to update their security question and answer. If you are being prompted for an answer to your security question as part of the password reset process, and you don't remember what that is, you will need to reach out to Absolute Support (see Contact information at the bottom of this article).
Reset security question from Absolute
Once logged into Absolute, click on My Account then User Settings.
Once you click User Settings, it will take you to the Okta User settings page. From that page, click on Edit Profile.
